  • How to order?

    1. Choose the item you would like to order. Notebooks are segregated by size and color.
    2. Choose the paper variant you prefer: Blank, Ruled, Dotted or Grid.
    3. Under finish, there are 3 possible choices: Notebook only, Personalized or Personalized (Foil)
    4. Add to cart and repeat the process for multiple orders.
    5. Proceed to checkout. You should receive an Order Confirmation e-mail.

For personalized notebooks, you may refer to the section below for more information. 

For online/bank transfer, account details will be provided upon checkout. Kindly send your proof of payment by replying to your Order Confirmation e-mail.

  • How do I have my notebooks personalized?

    1. Before adding to your cart, please provide any details needed such as the name and foil finish (if applicable).

          • Non-foil: Up to 15 characters for Classic Series (A5) or 12 characters for Classic Mini (A6). Most characters are allowed as long as they are text-symbol readable. Can be a combination of upper and lower cases.  
          • Foil: Up to 12 characters for Classic Series (A5) or 10 characters for Classic Mini (A6). All upper case. Numbers are allowed. Special characters include☺❤ @ # + - / \ | = : , & ? ( ) . Kindly indicate the foil finish - Gold, Silver or Bronze. You can only choose one color per notebook.
      2. Name/s will be subject for approval. You will receive a response once we have reviewed your request.

      • What payment options are available?

        • For credit card payments: We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.

        •  For online/bank transfer: We accept GCash, BDO, BPI or Metrobank. 

          Account details will be provided upon checkout and with your Order Confirmation. Kindly send your proof of payment by replying to the e-mail you receive.

        • How long does it take for my order to be processed?

          1. All orders will be subject for review and you will be notified accordingly.
          2. Once approved, no changes can be made.
          3. Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days (not including delivery lead time) after approval. 
          4. Item/s will be shipped out from Metro Manila.
          5. Shipping updates will be provided. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping option you choose.

        • What are your shipping options?

        Metro Manila

            • PHP 89 via Xio Express (3-5 working days)
            • PHP 135 via LBC (1-3 working days)

        Provincial

            • Luzon: PHP 165 via LBC (3-7 working days; *for serviceable areas only)
            • Visayas/Mindanao: PHP 175 via LBC (3-10 working days; *for serviceable areas only)

        For Grab / Lalamove / Mr. Speedy, shipping fees may be settled directly with the rider. Booking can be initiated from either end, so we will just coordinate with you on this.

        • What if my area is unreachable by the courier?

        For provincial addresses, some municipalities or barangays may be considered as out-of-delivery zone (ODZ) areas by LBC. In this case, pickup at the nearest LBC branch will be required as they are unable to deliver door-to-door in your area. We will notify you accordingly if this is the case.

         OTHER QUESTIONS 

         

        • What other services do you provide?

          • Logo Engraving: This feature is done on the notebook cover. Rates will depend on the size/complexity of the logo and the number of notebooks needed. No minimum order required for this option.
          • Custom Notebooks: You can mix-match the pre-existing components (size, color, paper, etc.) of our products based on your needs. The minimum order required for this is at least 500 pcs. These are considered long-term projects, so the timeline for these will usually take at least 6 months.

        • What other concerns can I possibly encounter with my order?

          • Minor Issues: While we do a rigorous QA inspection on our products, there may be stocks with minor issues which are still considered as acceptable. Given that not all products made are 100% perfect, we hope that is understandable.
          • Personalized Foil: This method is done by hand. Kindly note that not all letters are guaranteed to be 100% aligned (especially for longer names), and small breaks might appear in some letters due to the uneven heat transfer from the manual pressure applied, as well as the scaled texture of the notebook covers.

        • How can we reach you for other concerns?

        In case you encounter any issues with your order, you may reach us by directly responding to the Order Confirmation in your e-mail.

        Likewise, you may directly e-mail us at info.papernotes@gmail.com. Kindly reply with your Order Confirmation number, as well as any photos/videos if necessary.

        All concerns are subject for our team’s review, so any course of action (ie. refund, replacement, discounts, etc.) will be determined on a case-to-case basis. Concerns will be addressed fairly and within a timely manner.
